We handcraft our chocolates in small batches. We take great care in using only the finest ingredients and use organic ingredients whenever possible. As our local economy and culture is important to us, we also incorporate locally made and grown ingredients whenever we can.
Barrel Mocha
A delicious dark chocolate truffle that is flavored with an infusion of locally roasted coffee beans that were barrel rested. Notes of whiskey and bourbon come through with each bite.

This is our signature truffle. We start with 70% dark chocolate, then blend in whole milk from a local dairy farm and finish the ganache with butter and vanilla. A very creamy, rich, chocolatey indulgence.
